Today is the day 1 of my 38 days accountability check. Study was more time consuming today but I create time to workout, I did Jillian Micheal's 30 days shred (level 1). As for food, I did pretty good on that.
Breakfast: oatmeal + protein powder + flaxseed + 1/2 banana + soy milk (unsweetened)
Lunch: Noodles + lean mince sauce+ carrot and broccoli
Snack: 5 Multi-grain thin crips + 1 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner: barley porridge + apple sauce
Water: 6 ltrs
