You Reap Only When You Sow


You reap what you sow is the law of nature.

A farmer who sows well will definitely reap but if the farmer sows anyhow, he/she will reap anyhow, its just nature.  In other words, if you want to lose weight, you must work for it. I can't
workout and eat healthy while you lose the weight.

You have to workout, eat healthy and to get your desired result. The effort you put in will determine the result you get. I suggest you start sowing into losing weight...
