Easter has come and gone, the big question is how was it for me...hmmmmm. To be very honest, I know I ate too much of good stuffs. I had no pastry or junk, just the healthy food but too much of it.
So what did the scale reveal after my Easter eating......
Last week: 67.7 kg
Today: 68 kg
Gain: 300 g
I guess this isn't too bad but my tummy feels like i borrowed it from someone else. I feel totally bloated and heavy. So I have decided to go on 1 week detox, no especial diet or food really just eating super clean with lots of water.
I have been MIA for a while now because of school works and coming exams. This means I have less workout time and planning meals ahead can be difficult but am truly trying. I will keep trying to blog while i study.
