Accountability Check: Day 2


Had a busy day yesterday, went out shopping with a friend and came home tired and hungry. Well after 2 hours of brisk walking all I needed was food and rest.

Breakfast: 200 g plain yogurt+oatmeal+honey+protein powder
Lunch: Barley in mince sauce with 2 chicken thigh and veggies
Snack: 1 apple + 1 orange

Dinner: Same as breakfast
Water: 5ltrs
Workout: level 1 30 days shred + 2 hours brisk walking
