To distract myself from overeating, this is what i do...
- I take a walk, outside or around the house
- I watch movie lying down (lol)
- Write a journal
- Think through about what I eat
- Organize my wardrobe
- Take a cup of green tea or water
- I watch documentary on obesity, over eating and weight loss
- Browse weight loss blogs
- I try not to eat or binge
