Warrior Diet: Day 7 & 8


1st of December marked my 1 week into the warrior diet,it is becoming easier.
1/12/12
breakfast: an apple
lunch: an apple
dinner: 1 roasted unripe plantain with tuna fish
snack: 18 cal crackers (4)
water;6ltrs

workout: none

2/12/12

breakfast: an apple
lunch: water cress salad
dinner: 3 tbsp basmatic rice+1/2 roasted chicken breast+ 1/3 roasted aubergine
snack: 4 tsp soybean
water: 6 ltrs
workout: enough dancing in church (lol)
