The warrior diet is going on well so far but am craving for sweet things like biscuit. Well, the other day i had digestive biscuit and foxy biscuit but I have regain myself on that. I hopefully pray that the scale moves by Monday, I want to move away from 160 lbs, I believe its time to move to 150's . One thing is sure, its getting even harder and harder to lose these weight. But am focus and working out hoping that the scale will start moving.
As for workout, I have just discovered another fun exercise:- JOGGING. Yes, I don't know if its the weather but am kind of enjoying it.
