5 minutes warm up (skipping rope)
Total number of squat
- 300 with 5 kg dumbbell on each hand (on the shoulder)
- 200 with 3 kg dumbbell (shoulder press)
- 10 sets of 50
Engage your tummy and try as much as possible to keep your back straight
