For breakfast i had nothing
lunch: moi moi with veggies and 4 gizzard
snack: 1 home made oat and raisin cookies
dinner: 1 cup sweet corn and 120 g of tuna fish + green tea
water: 7 ltrs
workout: 100 squat with weights + 30 minutes strength training
