Yes, am done eating canned foods. I love my can tuna, kidney beans and chick peas but as of today am giving them all up for fresh ones. At least i will be sure of what am eating and the amount of salt involved.
Other update:
Am doing insanity workout for 30 days then maybe extend it to 60 days.......its as hard as it can get and crazy as the name
Weekly goal:
My weekly goal is to stick to insanity workout and 20 minutes strength training. Eat more protein, less carb, good fat, more fiber and better sleep. I will like to lose at least 2 lbs weekly.
