The first turnoff was the price £4 for 7 oz of noodles which is for one serving. I decided to make stir fry with the noodles, the smell alone reminded me of my secondary school days in biology lab, once I opened the bag OH MY FREAKING DAYZ it was like a rotten fish.... I washed the noodles in warm water, the smell was too much i tried vinegar, blanch them in boiling water, and then let them dry on paper towels. Not only is it time consuming but i puked.
While cooking it i added soy sauce, can you believe the smell over powdered the soy sauce.
So how was the taste and texture? Awful and Rubbery, nothing like noodles. They are too gelatinous for me. It is like eating an octopus. These noodles might be healthy with no carb and fat but seriously its not for me. Instead of eating these, i prefer whole wheat pasta.
